Santorum Wins Kansas

Rick Santorum has won the Kansas primary, taking about 51 percent of the vote for a 30-point win over second-place Mitt Romney.  Newt Gingrich and Ron Paul were all but tied with 14 and 13 percent, respectively.

Romney was also projected to emerge as the overall winner of the Wyoming caucuses, with 29 delegates parceled out between the candidates over a protracted contest that began several days ago.
