One and Done?

After three years of waiting, former White House Staff Secretary Brett Kavanaugh was finally confirmed May 26 to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. Conservatives are angry, however, that Majority Leader Frist isn’t making judicial confirmations a higher priority.

Or, will they continue to wait indefinitely for that final confirmation vote? Perhaps they, too, will withdraw their names from consideration once the appearance of a final confirmation vote seems hopeless."
