Oops! Another Gaffe for K.T.

In other K.T.-related news, “K.T. McFarland for Congress” has been sued for breach of contract by a New Jersey consulting firm. The firm, Xquizit Technologies, was doing work for McFarland when she was running against Rep. Carolyn Maloney (D.-N.Y.), but then she suddenly decided to run against Sen. Clinton, leaving Xquizit in the lurch. Specifically, more $21,000 in the lurch.

Xquizit had managed to complete 75% of the contract work, including a pretty bland website, McFarland’s camp did manage to pay Xquizit $250 before moving on, but this has not been enough to satisfy the company’s owner, John Carrino.

Carrino called the campaign’s actions “”the most unprofessional conduct I’ve ever witnessed in the business.” Meanwhile, McFarland spokesman William O’Reilly called Carrino’s lawsuit “nonsense” and claimed Xquizit “never had a signed contract.”
