Philadelphia Daily News is calling on Bill Casey to debate Rick Santorum. Santorum has previously challenged Casey, but has been refused thus far. In the race for Pennsylvania's Senate seat Casey is shown ahead of Santorum in the polls, but a debate could turn things around. Casey is a called a "lackluster debater" and his lead could dwindle to none.
Given that the two candidates share some of the same views, Casey will have to appeal to undecided voters and according to the article needs to "start to sparkle."
