Professors in Michigan are getting millions of dollars not to teach.
According to the WLNS-TV website, "Michigan universities are spending millions of dollars on sabbaticals."
The details come from an Associated Press report that says more than 23-million dollars were handed-over to 500 full-time employees from Michigan's thirteen public universities.
And get this…according to the story, the cost of tuition at Michigan's universities has increased as much as 19% as a result of state funding cuts.
So basically, if you attend college in Michigan, you're paying-out more money so professors can spend more time out of the classroom.
