Boehner Wins Leadership Race

Rep. John Boehner (R.-Ohio), chairman of the House Education and Workforce Committee, will become the new House majority leader after defeating Acting Majority Leader Roy Blunt (R.-Mo.) in a runoff today.

Stay tuned for more details.

UPDATE — 1:58 p.m.: The Associated Press reports that Boehner defeated Blunt, 122-109.
