Whelan Rebuts Kennedy Hit Piece

Ed Whelan, president of the Ethics and Public Policy Center, has an excellent post on National Review’s Bench Memos blog about Sen. Teddy Kennedy’s hit piece in today’s Washington Post about Samuel Alito.

As Whelan correctly observes, “Kennedy’s attack is a jumble of distortions, inventions, and non sequiturs.” He proceeds to outline and rebut Kennedy’s arguments. It’s a must read.
