Time to Re-Focus

So the Miers nomination has been pulled.  The excuse, of course, is that Bush is (rightly) not willing to turn over internal documents from Miers time as White House counsel.  But the real reason is that a politician must always keep a secure home base – and that it is nearly impossible to fight a two-front war (both lessons that could probably have been learned by reading The Prince.)

As conservatives, we must immediately re-focus on supporting a proven conservative nominee.  In the immortal words of the Doors, “The time to hesitate is through.”
