Union Disclosure Forms Flood Dept. of Labor After New Law

Since the U.S Department of Labor mandated all labor union officers and employees to report potential financial conflicts, disclosure forms have flooded the Office of Labor-Management Standards. In only 120 days, the forms, called LM-30 and required by the Labor Management Reporting and Disclosure Act of 1959, submitted totaled more than 10,000 compared to the 60 to 90 yearly average filed in past years.,
