In a taped address to the 32nd Annual National Right to Life Convention, which is being held just outside of Washington, D.C., from July 1-3, President Bush recounted the strides that his administration has made in protecting the right to life. He emphasized his commitment to a ban on federal funding of embryonic stem cell research as well as his opposition to cloning for reproductive or therapeutic purposes.
