Despite recent efforts to rehabilitate his legacy, a recent AP poll indicates that Bill Clinton is less popular with the American people than is Ronald Reagan.

Eighty-three percent of respondents said they have a favorable view of Reagan as a person, while a majority of 53 percent said they have an unfavorable view of Clinton, and 41 percent rated him favorably.

The survey, which was conducted a week after Reagan??¢â???¬â???¢s funeral, also found that seven in 10 say history will judge Reagan as a superior president.
