Dear Friend:

Well, it is that time of year again ... CPAC! The American Conservative Union Foundation will hold our 31st annual Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) Thursday, January 22 through Saturday, January 24, 2004 at the Crystal Gateway Marriott in Arlington, VA.

The 31st Annual CPAC will be a blockbuster: The ACU Foundation, Human Events and Young America's Foundation, in conjunction with more than 70 co-sponsoring organizations, will put together a schedule featuring the best speakers on issues of importance to the conservative movement.

As always, CPAC will feature book signings with the nation's hottest conservative authors and live broadcasts of national and local radio talk shows.

New features for attendees of CPAC 2004 include a silent auction during the receptions for both the Presidential and Ronald Reagan Banquets. CPAC will auction more than a dozen special trips/outings/luncheons with leaders of the conservative movement including a trout fishing trip with ACU Chairman David A. Keene. Attendees who register online through www.cpac.org will have the opportunity to win a lunch with the ACU Foundation's Chair for 21st Century Privacy and Freedom, former Congressman Bob Barr.

CPAC has worked hard with the Crystal Gateway Marriott to ensure that conference attendees have the best experience possible. To ensure seating and safety for those attending the conference, registration for CPAC 2004 will, unfortunately, be limited to 3,800.

Invited speakers include: President George W. Bush, National Security Advisor Condolezza Rice, Best selling author Ann Coulter, National Rifle Association's Wayne LaPierre, Syndicated Columnist Michelle Malkin, and Lt. Col. Oliver North.

CPAC is a great opportunity for activists from around the country to gather with like-minded people inside the beltway, not only to hear from the nation's leading conservative speakers but this is also a great chance to network. Scheduled just days before the New Hampshire primary, you can be assured this year's event will be even more exhilarating as we look ahead to the issues shaping election 2004!

Last year, more than 4,000 conservative activists gathered from around the country - and we hope to see you here next January! The cost of registration can be as low as $75 and special pricing is available for college students. Premium packages including banquet tickets are moderately priced as well.

To register: Please go to www.cpac.org.

When you get there, look for me - I'll look forward to shaking your hand and welcoming you to CPAC! Help make a difference and keep our movement strong at this most critical time by registering for CPAC today, and bring all your conservative friends with you! I look forward to seeing you there.

Conservatively,

David A Keene
Chairman, American Conservative Union Foundation
