The National Republican Congressional Committee reports that: “The nonpartisan Cook Political Report just released a fresh round of House race rankings for August 1. There’s been 21 ratings changes, and a whopping 17 of them favor Republicans.”

David Wasserman, House Editor for The Cook Political Report, wrote, “With three months left to go before Election Day, the political environment feels much more like 2010 than 2012.”
