RNC Releases New Ad in Advance of State of the Union Address
The failed president tonight will deliver what was formerly known at as the State of the Union address, but which is now being used as a campaign speech. If you had any doubt about that assertion, just check his campaign site.
If you don’t have the stomach to watch, and who can blame you, then just enjoy this new ad from the Republican National Committee.
The ad features Democrat luminaries such as the Obama and disgraced former president Bill Clinton in their own words.
So obviously it’s racist or something.
As for tonight, expect nothing less than campaign drivel and class warfare. In other words, business as usual.
Even before the president utters the first words of his carefully crafted 2012 speech, Republicans are sending loud signals that there will be little to applaud.
“This year, the president’s prospects for hope and change are even smaller,” noted Republican National Committee press secretary Kirsten Kukowski.
Some of the president’s policy proposals that White House aides describe as ambitious will require Congressional approval, and most of those “may be dead on arrival in Congress,” Kukowski predicted.
