Brian Darling: Fast & Furious, Payroll Tax Laws & More Brian Darling, senior fellow in government studies at the Heritage Foundation, joins John Popp and Cameron Gray to discuss President Obama's proposed extension of the payroll tax reduction. The legislation is being disputed between the House and the Senate, and Darling says that both sides are playing politics. Darling, Popp and Gray also discuss the recent comments from Attorney General Eric Holder accusing the Fast & Furious investigators of racism.
